Electric controls not only have the advantage of being easy to use, they can also be combined with sensors to fully automate certain functions. As well as being controlled by wall switches or remote control units they can be automated to operate at certain times of the day or using sensors they can be triggered to operate by smoke, temperature or moisture. The smoke dispersal systems also have the added safety of a battery back up system in the event of power failure. These power packs are maintained through trickle chargers when the power is on. |

The smaller electric controllers are available in 12V, mid range are 24V and the larger heavy duty actuators are 230V. Most of these controllers have an IP65 rating so moisture exposure is not a problem. The electric chainwinder has a wide range of standard colours that include anotec silver grey, white, black and magnolia. Contact us for product catalogue with more details.

- Sensor controls - temperature, rain, wind, smoke
Sensor controls provide peace of mind as well as the potential to save lives.
- If a rain sensor is used windows can be left open with the knowledge that any rain will trigger them to close.
- A smoke sensor will aid in the dispersal of contaminated air in the case of a fire.
- Temperature sensors will regulate the heat in a building providing a ecologically and economically sound alternative to artificial cooling.
- The sensor controllers can be used in conjunction with each other providing a great range of options.
Sensor Controllers are use in conjunction with our electric controllers to provide a great way of working with any factors needed for the optimum condition of a building. As the most common cause of death in a fire is by smoke inhalation, the smoke detector controller is a must in larger buildings to ensure the occupants have the time needed to exit the building.
